An enormous debt of thanks is owed to the volunteers who consistently helped people and families in need throughout Vancouver during the height of the COVD-19 lockdowns. At the peak of the service, there were some 200 volunteers helping over 1,100 families to get the food, medicine, and other help they needed. With most of our volunteers now returning to work, and delivery and access systems starting to catch up with the needs of the City, the program has officially concluded. If you are a vulnerable person in need of help, we recommend that you reach out to your local neighbourhood house as a resource.

With case counts down and COVID measures being slowly relaxed, our number of requests have come down and many of our volunteers are returning to work. We will endeavor to continue the service as long as we can. A sincere thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped so many through this difficult time.
